A detailed report will be provided promptly after each inspection and generally includes the following components:

A fully detailed computer-generated report including digital photos which covers the condition of the home’s HVAC system, plumbing and electrical systems, roof, flashings, attic, insulation, ceilings, floors, windows and doors, foundation, basement, slab, exterior cladding, grounds, and much more.
Comments on the condition of carpeting, tile, walls, ceilings, cabinets, appliances, etc.

The contents of your report is neatly organized and emailed to you generally the same day your inspection is conducted; all digital photos are sent via Google Photos.

Reports

Many home inspectors simply provide a cursory report that only documents whether an element is functioning or not functioning.
