Reports

Many home inspectors simply provide a cursory report that only documents whether an element is functioning or not functioning. Your inspection report provided by B&A will not only provide you with an understanding of immediate concerns, but will also provide you with information that will assist you in maintaining and continuing to enjoy your home over time. The standard inspection report will include a review of the condition of the home’s HVAC system, plumbing and electrical systems, roof, flashings, attic, insulation, ceilings, floors, windows and doors, foundation, basement, slab, exterior cladding, grounds, and much more.

Please Note: The standard home inspector’s report is not intended to be an engineering report nor to be technically exhausting
