A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the home and its systems. The main purpose is to identify major deficiencies or items which, in the opinion of the inspector, you need to be aware of for health and safety reasons. In the event that repairs are required, the inspectors at B&A can provide you with referrals to specialty tradespeople. The standard inspection report includes a review of the condition of the home’s heating system, central air conditioning system, interior plumbing and electrical systems, roof, attic, visible insulation, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, the foundation, basement, and overall visible structure. We use the latest technology to conduct the most thorough inspection possible. B&A conducts inspections in accordance with Arizona Standards of Professional Practice.
